At Ingenious Softworks we base our human resources selection procedures in
finding dynamic people with the capacity to work in strong cooperation environments.
All the different areas of our organization (Design, Research, Development and
Quality Assurance), are coordinated into a perfect colaborative work network, allowing
us to achieve the best results for our clients.
We give special attention in taking care of our employees health, providing them
with space and scheduled recreative and sport activities inside and outside our offices.
Our installations have a playroom where videogames and traditional boxed games are
at disposal of our members, enabling them with the right environment to lower the
stress that could be caused by working on heavy complex thinking activities, and
to share good moments between coworkers.

How is the HR selection process?
The HR selection process differ slightly depending on the position to cover
so usually bigger responsabilty positions have more complex requirements,

How are the candidates information disclosure policies?
The information is kept restricted at all times and can only be accessed by
people that strictly needs it for evaluation purposes under the standard
procedures of our organization. There is no circunstance where this information
is shared with third parties in any way.
The candidates information is kept in our database for a year since they were
received. After that point it is moved to a backed up position and is only
accessed for statistical or historical queries.
As the information was sent at their own discretion by the candidates, our
organization assumes that it could be handled under the terms exposed previously
and that he/she is accepting those terms.
