Preselection
At this stage we analyze our candidates database, preselecting those that could
be more adequate for the open position.

Initial Contact
Our staff contact the preselected candidates letting them know about this
situation, and confirming with them that they want to be part of the process.
If they agree to continue, a personal interview will be scheduled and they will
be notified about the required documentation that needs to be presented at that
time (certificates, diplomas, etc.).

Personal Interview
The candidates are interviewed to get more details about the information presented in
their Curriculum Vitaes, and they will be informed in detail about the conditions
of the offered position. In this stage the candidates will be analyzed to determine
how they could affect the existent team, and depending on the open position or the
requirements from the client the interviews could be performed with the help or directly
by a psychologist and more than one interview could be needed.

Technical Skills Test
The candidates that reach this stage of the process must go thru a skills test
related to the technical knowledge required for the offered position. The tests
are designed with the main goal of verifying that the candidate meets at least
the minimum technical level required to perform the job, and usually have a
length that could take several hours to be done.
Additionally, the tests try to determine specially how the candidates react
to the unknown technical problems and their capacity to solve them in a fast
and efficient way. This is a key factor to our organization because our designs
and development are distinguished by being innovative, something specially valued
by our clients.
The tests are supervised by members of our technical staff which will work as a
guide for the candidates and will try to help them to perform at their best. Once
the tests are finished the test supervisors will qualify several technical aspects
of them, including the ability of the candidates to overcome the unknown
situations, the quality of their questions and how they use google to find
technical information and documentation.

Work Agreement
Once a candidate has been selected, he/she is contacted by our HR staff in
order to propose the formal work proposition.
